We are not currently undertaking Travel risk assessments and vaccinations. Please visit your local travel clinic.

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to complete our Travel Risk Assessment form.  Each person travelling is required to complete a seperate form.  The nurse will then determine what vaccinations are required.

It is important to contact us as early as possible; at least 8 weeks before you travel. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your appointment will then need to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Once you have complete the form please make an appointment with the nurse. Please state when you are booking that it is for travel clinic services. Make sure you book a separate appointment for each member of the family that is travelling.

Fees for travel and other vaccinations

For vaccinations not available or eligible on the NHS:

• Meningitis £45.00
• Hepatitis B £47.00 per dose.
• An initial course of 3 vaccinations is usually required, total cost £120 in advance, otherwise each dose will be charged separately. For rapid cover, a 4 dose course is used, total cost £156.50 in advance, otherwise each dose will be charged separately.
• Rabies £65.00 per dose. A course of 3 vaccinations is usually required, total cost £195.00. Booster dose £65.00.
