This service offers support to people aged 16 and over. They provide emotional support to callers who are in distress, in need for reassurance or when people just need to be listened to. This information is intended to help sign post people to groups available locally by other providers. Victim Support is there to help all victims and witnesses of crime right across England and Wales. Their services are free of charge and confidential.
This service is a free NHS app designed to help you deal with any stress, anxiety and depression you are experiencing. The app includes advice, tips and tools which help improve mental health and wellbeing. It can be downloaded for free either on the App Store or Google Play.
Dudley Talking Therapy Service
This service provides support for individuals aged 16 or over (school leavers) who are experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, low mood, panic or phobias. People with long term physical health conditions also receive treatment with this service to help manage their mental health and wellbeing.
This service provides support for individual’s aged 11-18. Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well being platform for children and young people which is accessible through mobile phones, tablets and computers. Kooth is also a free service and may be accessed at any time.
Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
