This service offers support to people aged 16 and over. They provide emotional support to callers who are in distress, in need for reassurance or when people just need to be listened to. This service provides support for individuals aged 16 or over (school leavers) who are experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, low mood, panic or phobias.
