Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to complete a form detailing your travel arrangements which can be obtained from reception or by using the link below.  Each person traveling is required to completed a seperate form.  The nurse will then determine what vaccinations are required.

It is important to contact us as early as possible - at least 8 weeks before you travel. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your appointment will then need to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Once you have complete the form please allow a week before making an appointment with the nurse. Please state when you are booking that it is for travel clinic services. Make sure you book a separate appointment for each member of the family that is travelling.   

Fees for travel and other vaccinations

For vaccinations not available or eligible on the NHS:

Meningitis £45

Hepatitis B £47 per dose.
An initial course of 3 vaccinations is usually required, total cost £120 in advance, otherwise each dose will be charged separately. For rapid cover, a 4 dose course is used, total cost £156.50 in advance, otherwise each dose will be charged separately.

Rabies £65 per dose. A course of 3 vaccinations is usually required, total cost £195. Booster dose £65.

If you require any of these vaccinations a deposit will be required prior to the vaccinations being ordered.
